- 4 bitewing x-rays
- 3 PA x-rays
- 10% off all additional services
Fluoride Upgrade
For an additional $50 per year, you can add two fluoride treatments to your plan.
Fluoride is otherwise $33 per treatment and is excluded from the additional 10% discount.
Eligibility
Eligibility is determined after seeing the doctor for your first exam and x-rays. Patients of record who qualify are eligible immediately.
